Toilet Repairs Gold Coast
A toilet that keeps running after a flush, rocks on the floor or leaks at the base. If it will not flush or is blocked, that is a blocked toilet. We find what has failed, and repair it.

What goes wrong with a toilet, and what fixes it
A running or rocking toilet is usually a worn valve, seal or fixing, not a broken toilet. A cistern that keeps running has an inlet valve that is not shutting off, or a seal letting water past into the pan. A toilet that rocks has come loose at the floor. Water at the base is usually a leak at a seal or a connection.
We test the toilet to find the failed part, then tell you the fix before we touch anything. A repair is worth it when the pan and cistern are sound. When they are cracked, or the toilet is at the end of its life, a new one is the better answer, and that is renovation plumbing. It is a good job to book alongside the rest of your plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Signs a toilet needs repair
Water keeps running after a flush
A running cistern wastes water continuously.
The toilet rocks
It has come loose at the floor, and a rocking toilet can leak at the base.
Water around the base
Usually a failed seal or connection. It should not wait long, because it can damage the floor.
A cistern that is slow or noisy to fill
Often the inlet valve has worn.
A flush button that sticks or fails
The mechanism is a replaceable part.
The parts we repair
Inlet valves
An inlet valve fills the cistern and shuts off. A worn one keeps water running.
Outlet valves and seals
They hold water in the cistern until you flush. A worn one lets water slip into the pan.
Flush buttons and levers
The part you press, and the linkage behind it.
Pan connections and seals
Where the toilet joins the floor and the drain.
Is it the only toilet in the house?
Tell us when you call, so we know it cannot wait for a convenient day. If a pipe is leaking and the water will not stop, that is emergency plumbing.
