Who we are

Vesey Plumbing Solutions, ABN 64 576 139 418, QBCC 15090309 licence. When this page says "we", that is who it means.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and the details of what needs doing. You give us these when you call or email us. This website has no forms and collects nothing from you while you browse it. We do not ask for anything we do not need to quote and do the work.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, book and quote the job, do the work, send the invoice and look after the guarantee on it. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising. Emails you send us pass through our email provider. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability. Beyond that, your details go to someone else only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job and enquiry records for as long as we need them to do the work, look after the guarantee on it and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. Our fonts are served from the site itself. If you use the light or dark display switch, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It holds no personal information and never leaves your device. Links to other sites, such as Instagram and Google Maps, only take you there if you click them, and those sites have their own policies.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are allowed to. Email info@veseyplumbingsolutions.com or call 0405 690 174 and we will answer within a reasonable time.

If you are unhappy

Tell us first so we can put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Our terms cover using this website and how we quote and guarantee our work.
