Tapware and Vanity Installation Gold Coast
A new mixer, a new basin or a whole new vanity. A tap that only drips may just need a leaking tap repair. We fit what you have chosen, and tell you if the pipes need to change.

Installing tapware and vanities
A like-for-like swap of a mixer or a vanity in the same position is a straightforward job. The old fittings come out, the new ones go in, and we connect them to the water supply and the waste. It gets bigger when the new vanity sits in a different place, or the new tapware needs its pipes in a different position.
Choose the tapware and the vanity before the plumber arrives. Wall-mounted mixers, vanity heights and basin positions all decide where the pipes go, and each product has its own measurements. This is part of our renovation plumbing. A bathroom renovation brings the plumber in at two stages, and the vanity and taps are the second.
What we install
Basin and bath mixers
Deck-mounted or wall-mounted, in the old position or a new one.
Vanities and basins
Connected to the water supply and the waste, and fixed securely.
Kitchen and laundry tapware
Swapped for new, with the connections checked.
Shower mixers and fittings
Fitted as part of a new shower or a swap.
Isolation taps and flexible connections
Replaced where the old ones are worn or do not suit the new fixture.
What decides how big the job is
Whether the fixture stays where it is
A move means new supply and waste pipework.
Wall-mounted or deck-mounted tapware
A wall-mounted mixer needs its pipes set in the wall before the tiles go on.
The size of the vanity
It decides where the waste and the supply come out.
The condition of the existing pipes
Old or corroded pipe is worth replacing while it is easy to reach.
Water running that you cannot stop?
If a tap will not turn off or a pipe is leaking and the water will not stop, call us now. That is emergency plumbing. A new vanity can wait for a booked visit.
